Tidal Pools of Two Coasts

Our Signature Full-Day Tour

Experience Cape Town from both sides of the mountain, tracing the contrasts between the Atlantic Seaboard and False Bay, two very different faces of the same ocean.

This full-day journey moves through some of the city’s most extraordinary tidal pools, exploring how geology, culture, and community shape these coastal spaces.

From the granite edges of the Atlantic to the sandstone curves of False Bay, visit hand-picked locations that reveal the Cape’s layered natural and social history. Along the way, enjoy curated refreshments and a relaxed lunch featuring Cape flavours, with time to swim, pause, and take in the rhythm of tide and light.
